Bring your horse to our DIY livery stables and angling available on our own private coarse fishing lakes.

Letting Days

Please note our standard letting weeks run from Friday to Friday, but we will do our best to accommodate requests for alternative periods out of High Season.

Additional guests

Use of our high quality sofa beds, for one or two additional guests, with extra towels and bed linen is £25 per guest, per weekend, or £50 per guest for a weeks stay.

Equine Friends

Horses, to include stabling and grazing is £10 per night, on a DIY livery basis. You can bring your own bedding with you, or we can usually provide it at cost. Hay also by arrangement, when available. Discounts available for friends bringing more than one horse together for a week, and for longer stays. What's included/Facilities

Fishing at both our lakes at Godington and Aynho. Broadband, VAT, council tax, heating, lighting, water rates, towels, tea towels, bed linen, laundry facilities, a selection of consumables ie, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and complimentary toiletry items, plus tea, coffee and sugar. Fresh linen and towels are provided for guests staying longer than one week. All cottages have fully equipped kitchens. In each living area there is a Television, DVD, video and CD player.

CHILDREN

Babies under 12 months are £15 each, per mini break or week.
Children under 10 using travel cots, or other temporary beds are £25 each, per mini break or week.

CANINE FRIENDS

Additional charge for your dog staying in your cottage is £25 per mini break or week. Please read our terms and conditions for our 'house rules' relating to dogs staying with us.
