Children Under 10
Children aged 10, including those using travel cots, or other temporary beds are £70 per week. Adult rates apply to guests aged 11 and over.

Letting Periods
Our letting periods normally commence on Fridays or Mondays. We are very flexible and happy to accommodate guests staying for a variety of reasons, including house moves, those undertaking home renovations or working in our local area.

Additional guests
Use of our high quality sofa beds, for one or two additional guests, with extra towels and bed linen is £100 per guest, per week.
What’s included / Facilities
Fast Fibre Broadband, VAT, council tax, heating, lighting, water rates, high quality towels and bed linen, plus clothes washing and drying facilities. Weekly service cleans are provided for guests staying for longer periods. All cottages have fully equipped kitchens.
We have continued to come back here so many times that we are losing count! After a long journey it is always nice to know comfort awaits you in these lovely cottages. Thank you to Nigel and Penny, nothing is ever too much trouble.
