Dog Friendly Holidays

Dog Friendly Accommodation in Oxfordshire

Dog friendly breaks in four star self catering cottages. Ideally located in open countryside near the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford upon Avon, Silverstone and Bicester Village outlet shopping. Many dog walks nearby and angling available on our own private coarse fishing lakes.

Dog friendly breaks

As most British hotels don’t allow dogs, for a tail wagging treat why not bring your ‘best friend’ for a dog friendly break at Grange Farm Country Cottages? Naturally, dogs don’t appreciate cultural city breaks; they want woods, footpaths and fields, all of which are on the doorstep of your cottage.

At Grange Farm it is possible to combine a dog walk with a bit of history. English Heritage and the National Trust do their best to accommodate dogs and you can usually take them into the grounds if not into the actual buildings. Nearby Stowe Landscape Gardens is the perfect place for a leisurely amble and a well earned cream tea.

Dogs love to explore new territory; as you appreciate the luxury of your farm holiday cottage and take stock of the welcome tray, your dog will already be sniffing out their new surroundings – they’ll also eat the complimentary biscuits if you don’t get there first!

Just what the Doctor ordered! Long walks with our dog, plenty of fishing and the local pub food was great. A good tonic all round!

If you want to leave your dog at the farm whilst taking a trip out into the local area, you are welcome to use our on site kennel and run (pictured below) which is around 15ft x 10ft in size.

We are very pleased for our guests to bring their dog with them to Grange Farm, but ask that you kindly read and make sure you are happy with our house rules for visiting dogs prior to making your reservation.
